The meals were delicious and it was great that breakfast was included. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of hiking trails nearby. the spa facilities were also very nice, with a sauna and a pool to relax in.
The staff was not very helpful and didn't speak much English. the room was quite small and poorly decorated, with uncomfortable beds and not much storage space.

Conveniently, the free WiFi here works fine and you can hop on it in the business center. Honestly, didn't find any faults with it. 🌟

The holiday we spent at this traditional Austrian mountain style hotel over Easter was memorable. The hotel facilities were just what we needed- swimming pool and excellent food. The location within a charming little town, surrounded by delightful scenery was unforgettable. The staff's attention to detail impressed us most, especially the Easter-themed decor with adorable Easter bunnies in the entrance area and a small Easter egg on the pillow. The evening entertainment was another highlight, with traditional Austrian music that made us feel part of the local culture.
We found the Wi-Fi speed slow and at times unusable and felt that this needs to be improved. There were some pet dogs in the hotel which, as an animal lover, we appreciated, but we found that smoking was permitted everywhere which was unbearable for non-smokers.
